Terms of service
The short version: be kind, own your event, don't upload anything illegal, don't impersonate people. The longer version is below.
Who operates Souvenyr
Souvenyr is operated by LEXINTELI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a mailing address at 8 The Green #13599, Dover, DE 19901, United States. In these terms, “Souvenyr,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LEXINTELI LLC. For legal or policy questions, write to policy@souvenyr.film or call +1 (302) 620-2550.
Accounts
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials private. Notify us promptly if you suspect they've been compromised.
Acceptable use
Souvenyr is for private memory experiences. You agree not to use it to harass, defame, impersonate, or upload media you don't have the right to share. Events that promote violence, sexual content involving minors, or other unlawful conduct will be removed.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of all media you and your guests upload. You grant Souvenyr a limited licence to host and process it on your behalf — only as needed to compose and deliver the film and reveal experience you asked for.
Automated direction
By creating an event you authorise Souvenyr to send your contributions to the contracted partners that compose the soundtrack, write editorial captions, and add cinematic light. Each partner is bound by a data-processing agreement that forbids retention beyond what is strictly required to fulfil the request and explicitly prohibits use of your content for model training. A list of partners is available on request from policy@souvenyr.film.
Plans and billing
Payments are processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles the transaction, receipts, billing support, and any applicable taxes on our behalf. Per-event purchases are non-refundable once the film draft has been rendered, except where required by law or under the reseller’s buyer terms.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that are dormant for an extended period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
